Builders Warehouse RCS Group, DMC debt collection
I was retrenched in 2013, sent documents in to Builders Warehouse MASSMART in 2014, as i had retrenchment insurance on my card. A few months back, RCS Group, via DMC debt collection. started sending me threatening messages to my cell, requesting payments???? As told to them, Builders Warehouse owes ME money, as I had continued to pay for a while after being retrenched. To add insult to injury, they claim to have lost the documents, and request that I resend??? Where on earth would i find these documents OF SEVEN YEARS BACK! REALLY RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!Please resolve, thank you.

I purchase at BW, and they allowed instore credit, INSIDE THE STORE, and compelled me to pay insurance, which is now being ignored? !!!! That is REALLY passing the buck.. But, please, as this is the ********* way in which BW (Walmart...) does its business, pass on my detail to RCS, which should not be necessary at all....VERY BAD SERVICE, I REALLY HAVE NO WORDS.
