Builders warehouse, putting the client last.

So... I went to builders on Thursday morning, getting there early bought R13000 products, building material and such, specifically requesting delivery for tomorrow, being Friday...The guy who helped me said no problem it can be done. The next day we wait and wait, no one bothers to call, late afternoon we call them, ohh sorry our truck had a break down we won't be able to deliver(Thanks for letting me know), send my guys home covered their traveling cost ofcourse. Delivery will be on Monday. Great! Delivered on Monday, no building sand or plaster.... OK, when will this be delivered, no they're out of stock right now, but they'll make a plan only a day or 2. Wednesday I phone again, not hearing anything from them, to hear when is the rest of my order coming. Thursday or Friday at the latest, telling me that I must remember they have a huge back log so they will prioritise according to that... Way to make me feel like an important customer... So now its Friday, I phone...not once but 3 times, they are still out of stock they tell me by the 2nd phone call it willbe 7 to 10 DAYS!!!! BUT...the plaste is on its way, it never came! Here we are wasting another weekend, wasting more money...great job builders! Your customers can really depend on you to get the job done... Never had such **** service in my life.
