Builders warehouse Port Elizabeth

I have 2complaints today about the builder's warehouse in Port Elizabeth. This is my first time posting on this platform so I am not a Karin!

On the 11th of May, I purchased a Keter factor shed that was on promotion. I was told to expect delivery on Tuesday. After numerous phone calls to builder, assuring me that my purchase was on the truck. I still received nothing! My entire day wasted waiting. The following day now Wednesday by 1pm I still had not received one phone call to inform me of what was happening. I went to the store to enquire about my shed. I there response was…. O sorry we sold it to someone else. They refunded my money that took a good 45 min and that was that! I also returned a Goldair 4 Burner on the same day the 11th of may that was faulty. I think I have made about 8 phone calls and have been send from pillar to post with NO clear answer. Every person I speak to professes to phone back and I never hear from them! I am fed up
