BUILDERS WAREHOUSE - POOR SERVICE

I purchased a 20 litre Nu roof drum of paint on saturday 7 August at Builders express, Krugersdorp. The paint consultant gave me the drum of paint of moonlight Sky TRP 201 as i specifically asked for grey paving paint. When I arrived home I gave it to my painter who informed me the paint was in fact orange ! I went back to the store on sunday and the first woman who heard my request to exchange just walked away. The second woman heard my request and promptly went to the manager's office with the paint. She returned and informed me the manager (Joseph) will not exchange ! I had to request him to come to the 'customer care' desk to talk to him. His bombastic and arrogant manner was upsetting to say the least!!! He basically said as I had no slip he would not exchange the drum and refused to discuss this with the consultant who sold me the incorrect paint in the first place.. Builders Warehouse your business ethics are poor to say the very least and I will be taking my complaint further !!!!!!
