Builders Warehouse Poor Service and Pricing Visibility

On the 26-04-2021 Time (10:19:19) I bought 2 X Packs PS Cornice Classic 80x80mm 2.0M (SKU***) at R68.00 per pack. In the Pack was 5 x 2M Strips witch gave me 10M of Cornice. (2 X Packs gave me 20M) On the 13-05-2021 Time (11:41) I went back to buy another 5 X Packs same PS Cornice Classic 80x80mm 2.0M (SKU***) at R68.00 per pack there were no stock on the self so i went to the sales counter to query as I had my old slip with me to buy the same cornices. The sales person who helped me that time stated there is 27 on the system so I took 5 x Packs. At collection they realized there is no stock on hand. The Supervisor Credited my slip and make it a collection for when stock arrive. I lodge a complaint on Builders Warehouse web site but no feedback. 01-06-2021 I went back to Builders Warehouse Rustenburg to query my situation at the branch they want to give me only 5 Strips of Cornish and said that is what I should get. I bought 5 X Packs at R340.00 not 5 strips how do they change prices and stock quantities over night...??? If they make mistakes they should rectify there Problems with the staff who make them not the customers....
