Builders Warehouse poor service

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered and paid in full for a dishwasher online on the 15th of November, the order stated I could collect within 10 - 15 days, it is now 22 days later. NO FEEDBACK. I have phoned at least 15 times with no avail, most people I speak to say they will phone me back, nothing! I phoned the store where I was supposed to collect(Strubensvalley) several times just to be told they will phone me when they have it and cannot give a date.
