Builders Warehouse poor service

First of all it is virtually impossible to try and phone Builders Warehouse call centre. Please don not use the excuse of short staff due to Covid, the real reason is that the call centre does not take into consideration how long you wait on the line, they just DO NOT care. Second, it is a nightmare to try and talk to the Gleneagles branch store manager, he is either not at the store or he doesn't take calls. R I D I C U L O U S company to do business with.
