Builders warehouse poor service

I have had the worst service and customer experience from Builders warehouse in Atterbury, Pretoria. We went to builders on Saturday (26/10/2019) to buy a few sheets of peg board and a sheet of 6mm plywood. We dont have a bakkie so we paid for deliver (R390). The arrangement was made to be delivered before 13:00 on 29/10/2019. Their instructions to me was that they will call me before they deliver. I didn't receive a call or anything by 11:00, so i phoned them and spoke to an assistant who informed me that they are only load the truck at that moment and will be leaving the shop shortly. They only called me after 13:20 to say that they are there to deliver, this after instructions were given to be delivered by 13:00. When i arrived home to find that my products were delivered however the plywood that i ordered was bent like a banana which i cant use for the project i have to make. This morning around 8:00 a lady from the Johannesburg branched called me to ask if my delivery was made successfully and if i am happy. I told her that i am not and what the situation was, she was very helpful and said she will come back to me. About 40min later a received a call from her saying that she has spoken to the Atterbury branch and they will be in contact with me. While i am writing this i have not heard anything from the branch regarding this situation. I have spoken to the manager from the Johannesburg branch and i explained to him as well regarding the situation. The only thing he keeps saying is that all the plywood are bent, they never will stay flat. Which is a load of ******* as i have worked with plywood and everytime i have worked with it will have a slight curve but never bends into almost half a circle. Between my wife and myself we have spent about R16000 this year alone at this specific branch and this is the worst service ever. I will not be supporting them ever again and anybody i know will now about their poor service and quality.
