Builders Warehouse POOR SERVICE

Pathetic Service from Builders Warehouse in Rivonia. I purchased 2 x sheets of white melamine boards to be cut to my specs, from above store on the 07 Dec 2018. During assembly of the cupboards, I noticed that the holes for the doors were drilled incorrectly. The doors were not closing flush, even with full adjustment. I called their Call Centre who contacted the store and was put through to their liaison manager, Bailey Mkhonto. I told him the problem, and he suggested I go to the Builders store close to me (Cedar Square), and get them to assess the problem, and send him a quote for correcting the problem. I sent him this on the 14th Dec 2018. NOTHING HAPPENED. I then contacted him again on the 9th January 2019, and he THEN asked me to send him proof of my purchase, which i did. NOTHING HAPPENED to date 07 February 2019 . They don't seem to care.
