Builders warehouse poor customer service

On the 11th of January 2026 I went to builders warehouse Tygerberg store in Parow to buy 3 camping chairs. On arrival at the shop the price was different as advertised online I approached the salesman he stated unfortunately he cant give it to me for the advertised price. I wasn't in the mood to argue and opted to buy the chairs online for the advertised price and online they stated delivery will take place in 2-5 days. I am currently waiting 9 days and lodged a complaint to their customer care department twice on both occasions the customer care agents said they'll escalate and get back to me. This is truly appalling service as they have now proven on 4 different encounters with 4 different individuals in their organization that customer care is not a priority.
