Builders Warehouse Polokwane - Poor Shopping Experience

Good day, I was a the Builders Warehouse Polokwane on the 5th of December 2020 to buy various products. Unfortunately I had to leave my basket with shopping because of the loud music that was played in the store. Other people also complained. I really think that playing soft soothing music would make a better shopping experience at Polokwane, please take this up with management. I would also like to inform you that the sales staff is not very helpful, and you always have to look for a person to assist you and then find them standing and chatting with each other and ignoring the clients.
