Builders Warehouse Polokwane - No Floor Assistants in the Isles

Visited the Polokwane Branch, there are as usual nobody there in the isles to help. So I shouted at the top of my voice for someone to come and help me, I was flatly ignored. Only 1 guy from the paint department, I think his name is Sam came to help me. Is this a BEE managed office? I have got no problem with BEE, but then it must work. The right people must be appointed. The biggest problem there is sitting or standing around and on the phones instead of helping customers in the designated isles. Please Stop Selling Ryobi Battery Operated Drills, because the batteries only last a year and the replacement battery cost about the same as a new drill.
