Builders warehouse Polokwane and the main Builders office at their head office are playing hide and seek to refund my money as I they failed to provide good quality industrial tree cutting machines as I thought it is from our telephonic call to get a proper guidance and recommendations. Here is what is happening 1 :They are very rude They are playing delay tactics and long explanations, which were not explained to me / myself when I made a request to have quality machines . I need my refund as soon as possible . Their machines failed to work from day one ,I don't trust their product anymore I lost revenues from days where I was supposed to be earning income Their machines are faulty from day one . I need my money back.
