Builders Warehouse pathetic service and not delivering

I am very disappointed at Builders warehouse, did an online purchase on Sunday 26 November 2023 and it was scheduled to be delivered latest 30 November 2023 . I received call on 27 November 2023 to say that the order will be delivered the 28th of November 2023. It is now 1 December 2023 and still no order delivered and I even called on 27th November 2023 to ask when is the order coming after I was told it was going to be delivered 2 days ago. They took my details and still waiting on a call, their customer service line was very unprofessional and even their dispatch team when they called me, could give me time when I can expect when they said it was going to be dispatched.

I have my aunt stopping her appointments waiting each day for this order and nothing has happened. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, this has more inconvenience me and my family's health is at risk. They have my money but failing to deliver the items. This place is useless and ********.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW WITH INTEREST!!!!!
