Builders Warehouse pathetic online customer service

On the 10th of November 2024 I purchased numerous items online for the amount of nearly R11000.00. I needed the items as my son got married on the 21st December 2024. Most of the items were delivered randomly as the items were stocked at different branches. The Speedheat instant shower wasn’t in stock and was exchanged for an Ariston equally priced. However I also purchased 64 pieces of 3000 x 250 x6 and 16 pieces of 3900 x 250 x 6. The 64 pieces arrived but not the 16 pieces, even though it says that it was delivered on their website. I contacted them to let them know about the missing pieces, and assured that it will be resolved. Until today the 6th January 2025 I am still waiting patiently and all line of communication has stopped. My advice to everyone is not to purchase online. Rather go into a store. Builders Warehouse please I want a refund. I work hard for my money.
