Builders warehouse - Pathetic customer service and delivery

On 21 November 2021 I placed an online order from Builders warehouse, for a Gas hobb and Electric oven combo. Upon checkout the item showed “In Stock” from Rossburgh branch in Durban.

I checked out and it’s now 22 December 2021 and I have still not received my order.

I have called the customer care department on a number of occasions. I’ve sent through endless emails and have been given the run around. I was told that my order was out for delivery, then told that there was no stock of the item amongst several other excuses.

On 3 December 2021 I’ve emailed customer service who advised that the store is waiting for stock from the supplier and they have 1 demo model Available if I am willing to take that. I responded with follow up questions and to date nobody has responded.

This is really frustrating as a stove is such an essential item which I need ASAP.

Please would someone kindly assist me!
