BUILDERS WAREHOUSE = PATHETIC

Try and do business with Builders Warehouse!!! Phone their 086 number and see how long it takes to answer. Then listen to the quality of the voice PATHETIC!!!. Then you try to get hold of the specific department to help. They either do not answer or you wait for 5-7 minutes! EVENTUALLY if someone answers then they do not know the product that you require!

I tried for 3 weeks now to get hold of Grip Seal and Cobra Liquid floor polish. I even went so far to contact the suppliers and provide the contact details of the suppliers to the Warehouse person who buy stock from the said suppliers in order to buy the products required for me, as I am not allowed to buy from the suppliers/importers direct. But they refused to help me from the Warehouse side. " I'll contact you"! I am still waiting after 3 weeks and 68 minutes on a cell phone!! PATHETIC and **** poor!!!

The reason for contacting the suppliers direct was because the personnel at Paarl, Cape Gate and Vredenburg did not have the technical detail on the said products above!!

Never ever will myself or my builder friends ever buy from Builders Warehouse again. Any person reading the above, do yourself a favour and phone Builders Warehouse and try and buy or order the above!

Hopefully Builders Warehouse go bankrupt!!!
