Builders Warehouse Parow poor service

Went to Parow builders warehouse to purchase a headboard. The sales person at the specific department was missing in action. I asked for assistance from a salesman in electrical and he called the kitchen sales person on the intercom. After 15 minutes no one came. I went to information desk but the one lady behind the desk looked at me as if as was bothering her. Her assistant called the sales lady from kitchen again.. another 10 minutes went past and no one. Not one person at the store could or would help me just get or check for the headboard. I left as they clearly did not want to make a sale. I went back to information desk to complain but no one was at the information desk. Absolutely poor service from Parow Builders.
