Builders warehouse Parow - head office. Pathetic customer service

I had the most horrible experience with builders warehouse! I bough a pivot door which cost more than R3400, plus I paid builders warehouse R800 for installation. The door was delivered in a horrible condition with holes, and numerous damages. I refused it but they said they need to install it in the meantime, as I had a huge opening [where the door needed to be installed] and they promised to fetch it and install a new door properly. They never came back to properly install a new door. The door fell out on numerous occasions, it fell out the following day, after it had been installed.

I have been contacting builder warehouse Parow and builders head office for the last 3 months without success. I am constantly referred to other departments within builders - but yet no one is able to assist!

They basically are ignoring me at this point. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Super disappointed. @Builderswarehouse please assist
