Builders Warehouse Paarl is a joke!

I purchased a 7kg defy frontloader washing machine online from the Paarl branch on the 25th of November 2020. I still haven't received my order. I have received numerous phone calls from head office to confirm that they have delivered and installed the washing machine but the Paarl branch have had so many excuses and I am growing more and more impatient each day. Well over a month and this is rediculous! Needless to say I will never purchase anything from them. Pathetic!
