Builders Warehouse owes me 29 000 Rand for delivery fee since over a month.

I ordered 3 deck chairs at Builders and they charged me 29 000 Rand for delivery fee from Brackenfell to Kuilsriver. That was 4 weeks ago. I still wait for he paypack. I have no money in my account to pay my bills and I am a mother of two. I send them all paperwork they needed immediately. The call center called me back 3 times and I had to deal always with a different person and they always lost my paperwork. I still sit with no REFUND of 29 000 RAND!!!!!
