Builders Warehouse Order #***

On 22 January 2024, I ordered 2 pairs of Chelsea boots from Builders Warehouse online. Order # ***. By 01 February 2024, I had not yet received my order from Builders Warehouse so I queried by email on their info address. They stated that according to their records it had been delivered. It was not. I rep**** that as I had not yet received the order, I would like more details. There was no reply. On 07 February 2024, I queried the order again, but received no reply. I still do not know what happened to my order, for which I have paid.
