Below is what i sent to ***, i have had no response of them calling me , is this how builders warehouse treats their customers.

I would like to know how the hell this invoice is under my name , when i do not have a acoount with builders, i need someone to call urgently to sort this out.

I want to know if someone has opened a account with builders under my name as this is *****.
