I am utterly disgusted at your service.

I have purchased an air conditioning system from your online store on the 20/11/23 on your Black Friday sale and as of today I still have not received my unit.

Today we have called your customer service department to follow up on our order.

We where notified that our order has been delivered and was taken in store and credited.

This is *****ulent and needs to be resolved ASAP!

We have spoken to three different customer service agents today who have no resolution or response to the situation and the last one has asked us to come to Cedar Square Builders express to resolve the matter.

Please resolve this ASAP!
