Builders Warehouse online stay away.
Please do not make use of builders warehouse online facilities. They useless. I have ordered a Google next smart speaker on the 1st Oct 2025. Today the 8th of Oct 2025 no communication or delivery received. Called the 086..... number this morning to launch a complaint, the person that do follow-up on complaints phone this afternoon. I told him of my issue and he was very polite and full of sorry to hear ect.... I informed him that I want to cancel my order, he said that they will do so, till now, no communication at all and I am still without my order. Builders warehouse Centurion was suppose to deliver it on the 6th of Oct 2025.

They stole my money R1000. They are ****mers and this place must close down. Please do not support them at all. They useless and there are no customer services. Who ever AO from Builders is, that reply to these post you are useless too.
