BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE SALE NIGHTMARE

I made an online purchase of Cobra plumbing items worth R12 983,00 in December 2025 and the delivery was delayed for weeks on end, when it arrived, I swear they has dispatched items they are trying to get rid of, nothing of what I ordered arrived. More than 3 deliveries were made and each time it was not of items purchased.

Subsequently, on February 6th I asked them to cancel the whole order (no longer deliver pending items) and arrange for a courier to collect delivered items, a driver only arrived on Thursday 5th March 2026. I have been calling regarding an ETA for my refund of the full fee paid and I am told that I should contact the complains department.

I am utterly disgusted with the service rendered, it has been painful and no one wants to help. I will be taking the matter to the Consumer Ombuds & Wendy Knowler.
