BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE POOR SERVICE

WORST OF THE WORST!!! DON'T BUY FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE I ordered a Ryobi blower on the 20 th of June. The collection date at the Rustenburg branch, was scheduled for 25 th of June. I visited the store on the 26 th to inquire about my order and they said that they would come back to me regarding the order. I emailed them on the 30 th to get some answers but as yet nobody rep**** to me. We tried to phone them as well and as usual the response is that someone will call back but we're still waiting for that miracle to happen.
