Builders Warehouse Online - Pathetic Customer Service

I pleased an order online and made payment on a fan on a Black Friday Special on 24 November 2023. I was advised that delivery would take two to five days. On Tuesday, 28 November 2023, I received a survey from Builders Warehouse in regards to my order. I did not complete it as I had not yet received my order. On Thursday, 30 November 2023, as I had still not received my order I decided to go and track it online (on Builders Warehouse site). On doing so, I found the status to show that the order was already delivered. I then telephoned their customer service department and explained the story to the agent. She then herself went on the site and then told me that the site shows the order was delivered (exactly what I had told her). I again informed her I did not receive the order and asked her who had signed for the order. She told me that she would follow this up and someone would come back to me within two hours. I did not get a response in two hours. I later got a call, I take it was from their call centre, but the person did not identify themselves. All they said was that they had tried phoning Edenvale (not sure who or what Company in Edenvale) but they were not answering their phone so she was going to e-mail them. I asked her to please copy me in the e-mail which she assured me she would do, but did not do. I then also send an e-mail through the to their customer service department and I have heard nothing further since this morning. I have never before experienced such pathetic customer service as I did today.
