Builders Warehouse - Online Orders - Very poor - Not recommended

I placed an online order with Builders Warehouse - supp**** from Constantiaberg - Branch on 23/05/2020 - paid and confirmed. Delivery promised 28/05/2020, which was already quite a long time. Now 08/06/2020 still nothing. Made calls, tried to get through to branch, a manager, no chance! A few messages: Yes, we've received your message and it will be addressed within 48 hours. Nothing is being addressed. It's a disgrace!
