BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE ORDER NIGHTMARE

Worst experience I will never order online with builders warehouse again. I just lost R2000 on 2 tubs of paint that I ordered 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling over 10 times in the last week and every operator says they will call me back because they can't get through to the Wonderpark builders store. To my surprise, no one calls back so I call the next day and go through the same process. I am deeply disappointed with the service of such a big company.
