BUILDERS WAREHOUSE - ONLINE ORDER A TOTAL MESS

Placed an online order which has been fully paid however Builders Warehouse is not releasing my item for delivery. Keep contacting them with no solid feedback. They keep transferring my calls. Their systems are a total mess and not sync. Most frustrating online experience !!!
