Builders warehouse online not good.

I bought 2 Gedore spanner sets last week. The delivery was supposed to be yesterday, it was a no show. I tried to contact them but I received an email saying they will get back to me within 48hrs. Not the service I expected from them. I think it's just better to go into the store and buy items. The online system is not efficient.
