Builders Warehouse Online is a nightmare!

Do not buy on Builders Warehouse Online Store!

I have never been this horrified with a online store purchase. I ordered a Fridge on the 23rd Oct 2020, with delivery on the 26th Oct 2020. The 26th came and went with no update and the online order showing 'In Progress', On the 27th I phoned to follow up. They stated they will follow up with the store and get back to me. They promptly invoiced the delivery fees, but not the Fridge. The store later the afternoon phoned me and said the order is ready for collection, but they have no idea when the installers will collect (I opted for the White Glove service). The person was in no way friendly and was annoyed because I phoned head office. On the 28th I phoned head office again, with my order still only showing 'In Progress' online. I asked them to remove the White Glove service, since no-one has any idea when the installers will actually deliver and install my Fridge, and just deliver the Fridge. They stated they will contact the store and get back to me asap. Now on the 29th I am still waiting for feedback. Its almost a week later, for something that the stated delivery in 3 days. I am stuck without a working Fridge and had to loan one from a friend that had a spare.

I am disgusted in Builders Warehouse and their lack of communication!
