Builders Warehouse Online Experience

On 21/04/2022 I purchased R257 worth of goods online under order ***. I Asked for the Table View store and for it to be delivered. Being distracted I simply checked the purchase and asked my daughter to complete the transaction. To my horror when I got the invoice I saw I had been charged R24340 delivery fees. This amount went through on my card. Going to builders in Tableview the next day (22/04/2022) the clerk assured me the card will be credited with the delivery fee after I had collected the 3 items. Its the 28th April and no credit has been forthcoming. The question remains...Why did the online site transfer me to a Gauteng store after Tableview was specified and how can anyone justify charging R24000 delivery for 3 items worth R257 from Gauteng to Cape Town
