BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE DOESN'T WORK

I will NEVER again trust the info on Builders website and therefore will NEVER again attempt to do an online transaction on Builders website. After being told by their Call Centre that there was 1 of the item I needed at a specific Builders store, and this one item was confirmed in stock at that store. I was also advised to secure the item by paying online and collecting the item from that store. So, having PAID, I was later informed that there is no stock of that item type of any brand anywhere in the region, and I was told that I would just have to wait until stock came in, which was also unknown. So, I demanded a refund in order to buy the item elsewhere, but was told that this would take 7 to 10 days to process.

It’s not hard to see why I would simply go and get the item from another online store or preferably instore where there’s more cer*****y!
