Builders' Warehouse Online Does Not Deliver

Please do not use Builders Warehouse Online to deliver.

Our delivery was meant to be on Monday, 04.07.2022. The builders arrived on site but no delivery. A phone call on the same day was made with the assurance that the delivery would take place on Wednesday, 06.07.2022. No delivery happened. Another phone call made and the person on the other side assured us that they would contact the NewMarket Builder's branch to ensure that delivery was made by 09:00 on 07.07.2022. 09:00 came and went which was followed by a phone call at 09:25 to the manager of the branch and still no delivery. So save yourself the time and the money by not ordering via Builders' Warehouse Online. It will only cause frustration and money to builders who have nothing with which to build.
