Builders Warehouse Online Disaster

I placed an online order ***) on the 21st September for a Bosch impact drill (GDX 18 V-EC). I was informed that the order was ready for collection on the 22nd Sep. Went to collect and it was totally the wrong product. The staff said they would resolve and get the correct item. I followed up on the progress regularly. On the 19th Oct I was informed that the order was ready for collection. Went to go collect and it once again the incorrect product. Staff said they would sort it out. 26th October I'm told that they're unable to resolve and the only option available to me is a refund. It’s clear that the online offering from builders is in a shambles. It’s been an utter waste of my time and effort and to date the impact drill is still being advertised.
