Builders Warehouse Online Delivery Poor Service

On the 14th of May I ordered and paid for a 500L Eco tank that was in stock that would have been delivered at my house within 2-5 working days, making it latest to be delivered on Thursday the 19th of May 2022, so that we can install it with my plumber on Saturday the 21st of May 2022. On Friday I phoned customer care and was told by the person he will find out what is going on with my order and will phone me back. Until now, no one has phoned me back or told me that there is going to be a delay in delivery.

Today, Monday 23rd May, I had to phone customer care again, who put me through to the New Market shop where the item was purchased. After phoning me back and confirmed that the item is in stock, they can not promise me that they can deliver today, because of other deliveries that is booked.

This is unacceptable service, when I had to pay the money was good enough, and not even after failing to deliver within the 2-5 day period, and myself as the client that had to phone numerous times to follow up, I still do not know when the product will be delivered!

Very poor service
