Builders warehouse online an absolute joke!!

If you want serious hassles and problems try using the Builders warehouse website and order online. I have had it 3 times now where I have ordered something online that says it is in stock, only to be contact at a later stage to say that there is no stock. Please do not use their online store as there always seems to be a problem. I really hope that i will be refunded as promised...... Its a pitty i can not put -5 stars
