Builders Warehouse "Online"

Worst experience ever with Builders online. Ordered a tumble dryer on the 5th of April. Lockdown moved to level 4 on the 1st of May so this should have been delivered shortly after the 1st. Made several calls, sent many emails & used their "online chat" to establish when it will be delivered, no one got back to me. Eventually I spoke to a woman at the Kempton Park facility who told me they didn't have stock of the item even though their system showed that there was stock available. No apology/suggestion to source this elsewhere knowing that we have been waiting almost 7 weeks for it. Nothing! NEVER AGAIN will I support Builders. Absolutely pathetic service. Here's hoping that the refund doesn't take weeks...
