Builders Warehouse offers Delivery but doesn't have delivery Trucks.
Absolute shocking service -
I placed online order last week Monday (04/05/2020) with a delivery date set for yesterday - about a week longer than the advertised turnaround delivery time. ( i understood because I logged a query via the contact me page and they confirmed that they are backdated due to the lockdown). So to my surprise, no order arrives yesterday - I call them this morning, and they out of stock of one of the many items in my list ( it was in stock when the order was placed) apparently this branch also doesn't have its own delivery trucks and cannot give you a date that you can expect delivery, because they (and i quote) "ask another branch for a favor to squeeze your order in, so that could be anytime"
Please internet community stay away from this non-e-commerce minded store - its a pity.
