Builder's Warehouse Not Trustable

I often shop at builder's express in cresta and it's always a scramble to get proper help, but that aside - i bought some flowers for my garden only to find that they are Autumn/ Winter plants and I googled that Primulas are to be planted in cool conditions in Johannesburg, my flowers are already planted and now they're dying. Who is going to refund me for time wasted and things purchased that are now dead! This isn't the first time this is happening. Why is Builder's selling flowers and plants that are not supposed to planted in Spring/Summer and deceiving it's clients into believing these are summer plants. A waste of time, money and effort shopping at a place like this. This is coming from your warehouse ordering department. Can you order the right plants for the season PLEASE! Very disappointed and I'm a regular shopper

Hi AO,

What kind of lackluster response is this ? Surely this is an automatic system generated reply because I wouldn't respond to someone like this.

How are you going to better the experience for me when I've wasted time, money and effort planting something in my garden that isn't meant for this season? I mean seriously does the incompetence run that deep even in your gardening department 🤣

Come on seriously!
