BUILDERS WAREHOUSE not honoring their promise

I bought 2 sets of stable doors with an added install package. I received the doors within 3 days...GOOD. My installation was organised for Monday 21st November... Nothing happened. I Phoned the call center in Cape Town who promised to sort it out. I phoned 4 times over the next week. The 4th guy phoned the originating store Sstrubens Valley Builders Warehouse and promised the online manager (or someone) will call me back. Today is 3 December 2021 and nothing. Every time it rains, water pours into my house through the collapsed old door I am replacing. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
