Builders Warehouse not delivering my order

I placed an order online for building materials on Monday 13/06/2022. Made payment with delivery address all sorted. Today is 20/06/2022 and my delivery hasn’t t arrived. Mind you the store I select online was Builders Warehouse Riverhorse Vally which is 4.3km away from my address. All items were in stock and available at the selected store. On the 15th I called and explained about my delayed delivery the lady asked for my order number and told me it was being processed and so did the online order checking service say. She asked me to hold while she called dispatch to check what’s the hold up but the phone wasn’t answered and the asked to take down my details so she can have them call me back. I told her I doubt they will call but I’ll give her my details so she took them and that was it. Still waiting for the delivery till this day i as I type this review on the night of the 8th day since I’ve made the purchase. I highly recommend you don’t use their online service it’s bad
