Builders Warehouse Northriding has everything under one roof and is really great to pop in and get your DIY needs. BUT... The staff's product knowledge is questionable, they walk away when you require assistance, they don't know where goods are in shop and have an utterly none existent Customer Centric attitude. Once you eventually have what you required and paid, you have Security to deal with! You pay, get checked at the till, then the door and today I had my gardening goods checked at the car! Builders Management... get the small things sorted quickly.. you have an incredible business, BUT your staff are letting you down!
