Builders Warehouse - no telephone etiquette!!!!

Builders Warehouse , for such a massive retailer your telephone system sucks!!!! You have to be transferred to a branch. The Tokai branch staff who answers never identifies that is is actually Builders that you eventually got through after listening to atrocious music for a while. Then you finally get through and they just put the phone down on you! You should invest in a better phone system and training your staff on telephone etiquette!!!?
