Builders Warehouse - No help

Visited Builders Warehouse Gezina on Sunday and what a frustrating experience, we ended up leaving our trolley and not buying anything. You have staff that are standing around doing absolutely nothing, some were lounging in the furniture on display for sale. It was impossible to get assistance from anyone in the garden section and the pricing of products was just a mess we had no idea what anything costs. The few staff members who know what they are talking about are so busy you can stand waiting for half an hour before they are available to help. The specials advertised in the pamphlets just cannot be found. I will buy online in future if I ever choose to buy from Builders Warehouse again.
