BUILDERS WAREHOUSE - NO DELIVERY

I ordered a SHED from Builders Warehouse - Order was placed online through the customer service centre to confirm it is placed correctly and delivery will be on time. Order was suppose to be delivered 2Feb - NO DELIVERY After numerous calls delivery date moved to 9Feb - STILL NO DELIVERY

Numerous calls today - Still NO IDEA of when delivery will be??
