Builders Warehouse No customer service

We went in to buy on 38 x 152 x 3 meter wood, after confirming with the cashier there is stock and paid, the board and cutting person claimed only 3.6m available and to go pay the difference. I did not want 3.6m. Credit person we waited another 30 min for refund. The hopeless service at Builders Warehouse wasted 2 hours of my day.
