Builders Warehouse nightmare

I bought a Ryobi Rotary Hammer Driller at builders warehouse New Market Alberton on the 23rd/06/2021,we stared the driller on the 28/06/2021 it switch off after 15min stopped working.I returned it back same time then might nightmare unfriendly manager at Builders Newmarket started telling me that he will not give another machine his policy doesn't allow him to refund within 7 days.He has to take the machine for assessment I must wait for 21 days.I am really frustrated I bought the machine because I needed to used it now but I am told to wait 21 days.My advice do not buy machine from builders warehouse Newmarket Alberton that manager is a nightmare maybe is because I'm a lady and black.He told me to buy another machine since I want to use it now.
